Product Description
QuaCell® LeInsect SF9 Medium is a serum-free, animal-free medium, contains a small amount of hydrolysate, can support the growth and expression of insect cells, and is more effective when used with supplements. It is applied to culture of recombinant proteins, vaccines and viral vectors. It can be used as an expansion medium and production medium for a variety of insect cell lines, such as Sf-RVN™, Sf9, Sf21.

Technical Data
In the vaccine project, compared with the domestic medium, the expression level was increased by 1.6 times.
SF-RVN cells expressed AAV, and the titers of SF9 CD Medium and SF9 medium were higher than those of the control.
